Shipping will take place after receipt of payment.

The time required to prepare an item for shipping varies from item to item.
This is because the items must be individually and securely packaged so that they arrive at the customer's door undamaged.

Right of withdrawal and exchange

Cancellation is not possible for the following products:

Delivery of goods manufactured according to customer specifications or tailored to personal needs (e.g. commissioned art).



This does not apply if the products were defective or damaged upon delivery.

Return conditions

Buyers bear the shipping costs in the event of a cancellation. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
